Rewind

When the times are grim, and I feel low,

When nothing goes straight, and I swim against the flow.

Would you pat my shoulder, and say "you'll be alright"?

"There's nothing in the world, that we, together, cant fight".

When the times are hard and situations bleak,

I am hysterical and a total freak.

Would you stand by my side and "hold my hand"?

"I will not let it go like slipping sand."

When I hear a cacophony, and feel lonely in a crowd,

When the world out there, is a little too loud.

Would you play a tune , that only we both hear?

And we sing along loud and clear.

Away from the hustle and bustle, from people and mankind

"Come! Together, let's rewind"
