Citrus Fruit Punch

Nothing beats a detailed breakfast, accompanied by a glass of fresh fruit juice. I love having a drink with my food. Be it a breakfast, accompanied by a cup of coffee or tea, or a glass of fresh fruit juice.


This recipe is a tangy and lovely combination of the citrus flavors, to kickstart your day.

RECIPE:


Servings: 1

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes.


Ingredients:

  1. 1 grapefruit

  2. 4 oranges or Kinnow

  3. 1/2 lemon

  4. Salt

  5. Sugar/Honey


STEPS:


Step 1: Wash, peel, and de seed, the grapefruit and the oranges.

Step 2: Using a juicer. Juice the fruits. I use Nutri blend Mixer grinder.

Step 3: Pour the juice, separating the pulp, in a glass. Squeeze in half a lemon.

Step 4: Add Salt and honey, as per taste. Refrigerate.


You can also add a few mint leaves, before refrigerating the juice.


Serve chilled, with your Sunday Brunch, or enjoy it on a sunny afternoon.
